Why start hooping?




Hooping is great for the body and mind. Obviously Hula hoping is great to work out the core muscles, but it also has the potential to work any part of your body, it is up to you to unlock and discover the other parts of your body that can be worked.
But how is it good for the mind too? Even at the begging of learning hooping you are training your mind to follow with the hoops natural rhythm. As you venture into more complicated tricks, and especially when you get more than one hoop going, your mind will be working hard to recognize timing and the path your hoop will take.
