Poi is a very popular flow art, and has a lot of variations. The basic concept pf poi remains the same all types of poi. Besides appearances the only major difference between types is getting use to the weight distribution and how it flows through the space around you. This type of poi is not as recomended for begginers because of weight of the large balls at the spinning end. However their heavy weight makes them great for stalls.

This type of poi is best described as a cross between flag poi and maori poi. This poi is great during the day as it leaves a wonderful trail with tail as it flies through the air.
