Want to dazzle people with a low demand flow toy? Levi wands are a great crowd pleaser, and better yet just about anyone can pick one up first time and amaze. Flow wands are very easy to make and in most cases you have the materials lying around your house!

What you will need

• 1 yard of 1/2" diameter hardwood dowel
• few inches of 5/16" diameter hardwood dowel
• few inches of 5/16" diameter steel rod
• Wood glue
• Spray can of colorful paint
• Regular can of black paint 
• Drill
• Metal saw
• Ruler
• Pencil
• Sandpaper
• Masking Tape
• Strong thin black plastic thread(or fishing wire)
